Online shipping horrible
Arrived TO NEIGHBORS HOUSE damaged (via UPS) with box torn open and the hardware and parts missing. Tried to rectify at store and was basically told “tough luck”. Will be contacting corporate CS and if there is no resolution (replacement or refund) I will be initiating reversal of charges/payment from my bank.

I like that it is quite and no finger print but didn’t realize that the bulb cover was optional I had to purchase one

Quality product at good price
Would RecommendNeeded a new range hood to match our range. Couldn’t find in store so checked online. I liked the option at checkout to purchase an install of the hood. I was then contacted by installer and made appointment. The installer picked up the hood from Lowe’s and installed in a very short time. Tested the light and fan to make sure they worked before he left. Took old hood and box away. I am impressed with the product and installation.
