Makes it taste like spring Water
I bought this for my wife since she didn't like the taste of municipal water. She loves it and it tastes like spring water. We use it for drinking and ice cubes.

what a useless website. cannot find instructions on how to replace the pitcher filter, either the old or new filter. all you want to do is sell me the filters or another pitcher. get your crap together, thanks for absolutely nothing!!!

Filters not working properly
The last two pack of three filters I bought have not been good ,the filters have been dripping slowly as they are new filters I've been using the filters about 2 years now,but if theses filters keep on not working properly I will have to chose another brand of filter

I have used Brita since my mom told me about when it first cane out and now my kids use it. Thank you for cleaning out water. Our family has lived all over the US and it's always worked for us.

Excellent product! I would not use any other filtration system. The only problem is that my grocery store is out of stock of both filters frequently, so I buy whatever they have.. Buy a backup filter when you have a chance,

Please Redesign the pitcher
Better design is a must, and I say this as a product designer. The filter is half under filtered water. Unless you remove the filter and do not let the water sit with the filter half submerged, the water will pick up contaminants . The filter needs to be above the water level Terracycle does not seem to be taking new recycling at the moment- what’s up with that?

Brita filtered water delivers tasty water
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my Brita about 3 months ago and I had ran out of bottled water and pulled my Brita out instead of racing to the store for more bottled water. I had gotten so tired of running to store to purchase bottled water. I’m now glad I ran out of Bottled water. My Brita have great taste and impurities are reduced, and I’m glad I’m not a slave to bottled water ANYMORE.
