Time Saver

This Briggs and Stratton surface cleaner has already been a blessing. I am using it with a 3100psi pressure washer and will give it five stars. Worked O.K. on my driveway but I was told the true driveway cleaners need 4 GPM Flow and my unit is only around 3.2. You could see some streaking but the driveway was very stained and I only used water (no chemicals) Took some time (Split into two days) to do my 100ft driveway but beat the heck out of hand spraying. it did look a lot better than before. ...

Stopped Rotating After 30 Min of Use

This product exceeded my expectations ... for the first thirty minutes of use. It turned an inch-by-inch marathon with standard high pressure nozzle into an exercise much akin to the swath and speed of a household vacuum cleaner. It was highly effective in cleaning a soiled, large concrete patio. After spinning away at high rpm for a half hour the rotation began to slow then stop. My Husband Loves It!

I bought this for my husband for his birthday and he said that this is 'totally awesome'! He was able to pressure wash a section of our sidewalk in literally minutes. He commented that the usual stripes that he get with the regular sprayer are not there and also that he was able to stay clean. Because the water is contained in the rotating cleaner, he didn't get the spray remnants splashing all over him.

love and hate relationship

I purchased 1 and the first time I used it, it made 1 clean circle and then died. I brought it back after lowes received more stock. The second one I cleaned half my driveway like spreading butter. I was so happy and then the same thing happened. The seal broke and the jets stopped spinning. I want to love this product and when it works there is nothing better but this is strike two and there are none in stock around me. It must be working for someone.

A must have to add to 3000+PSI power washer.

Great product in terms of its usefulness. Did my long walkway and driveway in an effortless manner. I did try to power wash straight using a regular tip, but this certainly reduced the effort a great deal. Would recommend even to those who rent the washer to clean the drive way. Hopefully it will last. The casing is plastic so will have to see over the long term.

Simple but Super!

It's simple but very effective and works like a charm! I cut my time power washing the drive and sidewalk in more than half. I did a side by side comparison on the effectiveness of this tool. Solved problem of not spinning

Brand new, right out of the box purchase. Used for about 15 minutes then it quit. After a lot of frustration, here's the problem. The little jet valves have some kind of adhesive/sealer around the threads. Some of that stuff was down inside of the jets. After using for a short time, the stuff breaks up and clogs the jets. I read the reviews but was still skeptical. This cleaner is awesome! It really does a great job with a lot less effort. I was done in half the time which means using half the amount of water. I love that it doesn't ruin my plants at the edge of the side walk and that I am not covered with the back splash of the regular nozzle. Amazing product

I was in need of a new power washer and read that someone also bought the Briggs & Stratton Surface Cleaner so since I was buying the power washer to do my deck I decided to try the surface cleaner. Wow is this thing amazing! It's not often you buy something that actually does what they say it will do. I cleaned my deck AND the concrete around the pool. It's a very simple yet effective design and worth every penny. My local Lowes had it for $67.00

Not That durable

I just use this for 1 hour and 20 minutes and stop working. LOL. The water comes out from the center of the two rotating tubes and looks it loosses presure. Someone from Briggs & Stratton should look at thid product and figure out why breaks so easy.

Best money you will EVER spend on cleaning

Tried it out last night and I have to say it really does a great job. Like several have said, lubricating the sprayer with a high pressure grease is a good idea. WD-40 or 3 in 1 oil won't do the trick because it will simply wash right off, you need to use something like white lithium or maybe some wheel bearing grease. Try it, you will never go back to spending countless hours with the stupid spray wand making zebra striped patterns in your driveway again!

time saver

I'll admit I was skeptical....but wow! This thing easily cut my work time in 1/2 if not more. It would be better if it came with some sort of extension so you don't have to bend over as much, but all in all a great product. A word of caution - make sure your water supply is grit free. The jets are very small and will clog easily. I had to take mine apart to remove debris but after putting it back together it worked like a charm again.

Time Saving at it's best

The first time I pressure washed my driveway it took forever and did not look great. After buying the Surface Cleaner attachment, I was able to do my whole driveway in half the time and it looks 100 times better. It is like vacuuming your driveway. I would highly recommend the Rotating Surface Cleaner.

Read the reviews and a friend called and confirmed the 5 star rating. He also said was on sale for $49.00. Went immediately and bought one. Driveway usually takes 4-5 hours with wand, washer did it in 45 minutes. Excellent product. Be sure and buy the extension wand with quick connect.

Excellent Flat Surface Cleaner Tool

VERY USEFUL PRODUCT/TOOL. Cleans flat wood and cement surfaces well and fast. Drawback is durability or design quality. Like others my first one worked to clean two decks, two driveways, and sidewalks but then just one day stopped spinning. Best money you could spend

I saw the area cleaner in a local flier and thought I would give it a shot. With in 10 minutes I loved it. I did my walkway and driveway in an hour and a half. You can go right up to the edge with out blowing out flower beds and grass. it doesn't leave those ugly streaks and moves along like a buffer. My feet barely got wet. Works Better than I expected

Really cleaned the back patio on the North side of the house that receives little sun. Works exactly like a floor buffer and is best if used moving from side to side. I first used patio and concrete cleaner and brushed on with a broom to wet and loosen the dirt and grime and used the surface cleaner.
