BEST DEAL IN A LONG TIME

I've used $500 pressure washer cleaners like this and have always enjoyed the ease of use and the time saved with them. When I saw the reviews on this one, I though I would give it a shot. Haven't had it for very long and it doesn't rotate at all

Poor quality

I was excited to about this purchase until I used it for several hours. It stopped several times and I removed and cleaned the nozzles and got it going again. Seemed like every time I released the wand trigger and restarted the cleaner one of the nozzles would clog. After cleaning the nozzles and running water through them without the pressure washer running, I noticed that one nozzle had a larger opening and never clogged, so if you got two nozzles with larger openings this may not be a problem...

A Mean Washing Machine

A very very good piece of equipment. cleans concrete very well. If you plan to use this equipment on a 3000 psi pressure washer, you need to add weight to it or you will give yourself out trying to hold the machine down on the concrete. I added to regular bricks with holes in them on the end of the wand above the quick coupling. This held the washer down and made it easy to control on the concrete driveway.

Time Saver

I purchased this to clean my sidewalk and driveway prior to sealing. I was skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews but was very pleased with the results and the time I saved. I would recommend this product for anyone cleaning concrete. I used this with a John Deere 3300 psi pressure washer that I purchased from Lowes several years ago.

Easy as mopping your driveway!

Wow! This surface cleaner glides across your driveway like an air boat! I have a sidewalk on a hill where the water just ran down and made cleaning easy as mopping. On the flat part of the driveway rinsing was required because of years built up dirt. It is so easy to just swap from the surface cleaner back to the wand for rinsing. Some reviews say this does not last a long time, but I had no problems doing my entire large driveway and sidewalks and this product works great with no ugly streaking...

Great Product

This has been the most bang for the buck product I have ever bought. Truly makes cleaning flat surfaces a breeze. I had seen a few negative reviews but went ahead with the purchase. It works EXACTLY like the video shows. Thirty years of crud on my driveway came right up. Completed the entire driveway in about 45 minutes. Went on to do the pool deck. I was blown away with the ease of use. I thought you would need to move this at really slow speed but I was wrong. It normally takes me about 4 hrs to pressure clean my driveway. I think clean time with this product was about 45 min or less. one review i read said something about mounting wheels on this unit to make it more like the expensive pro units. I see no need to do that as the water pressure floats the unit anyway. My only regret with this product is, I wish i would have known about soon...

Just incredible

I needed something to speed up pressure cleaning my patio. The one inch pressure cleaning wand was killing me...and most of the weekend. I was planning on picking up something like this months ago, but never did because most of the things I saw looked flimsy or had bad reviews. The high reviews on this product got me into Lowe's to take a look. The price was a little steep but everyone raved about it so I thought I'd give it a try. WOW...Just Incredible!!!!! Works Great. No issues.

Very happy with this item. It dramatically cut down the time to clean my driveway and sidewalks and everything looks as good (or better) as when I would spend 3-4 times longer on the concrete using just the sprayer. I did not expect this item to work as well as it does and will be giving it a try on my deck and garage floor. I used the product for a couple of hours and did not have any issues. I would definitely recommend giving it a try.

As a number of the other reviewers noted, the product malfunctions after a short time. Although these problems are easily rectified by cleaning the nozzles, I wonder why hasn't the manufacturer improved the product after all these years in which the reviewers have noted the same issue? Be Aware

This is second one I have purchased. The first one stopped spinning after a couple of hours of use. A year later I bought this one expecting that they have solved the previous problem. The new one worked for about 2 hours great then stopped spinning at the rate it should. I took off the spray nossels and cleaned them. Very Nice Tool After Some Work

This is a review of the B&S Model # 6288 Surface Cleaner (rated at 3200 PSI). I have also owned and returned the Model # 6178 Surface Cleaner (rated at 3000 PSI). Not sure what the difference is because construction looks the same, just different PSI ratings. I would think the 6288 is replacing the 6178. So surprised to see a "gadget" that really works

I was very dubious when my neighbor recommended this product but I was shocked how incredibly good it is. We have a long concrete drive that just can't be cleaned by a pressure washer in one day. It probably takes three but I usually run out of energy and enthusiasm and leave a checkerboard behind! This simple device cuts the time down by at least 10 times. Works great... with a little fix.

First note: for this surface cleaner to work efficiently, the bar with jets inside it must be rotating real fast. In fact, when it works properly, you must be hearing easily audible humming coming from it, about 40-60 Hertz frequency, similar to an AC transformer hum. If you don't hear it - something is wrong. Second note: I've been using it with a modest electric pressure washer - 2000 psi, 1.6 gpm - with good results and great satisfaction, so don't hesitate if you only have an electric. Now...

I experienced some of the same issues that you will read on other reviews. This worked great out of the box for about an hour. After an hour it stopped spinning. I noticed that one of the nozzles was spraying weak. I took it off and cleaned it out. It then worked fine for about 10 minutes and stopped again. It will require some minor maintenance that should be explained in a user's guide. I do think it is a little over priced for the simplicity of the product and the continuous maintenance neede...

Pleasant Surprise: It works!

Like others I thought this was a gimmick. But surprisingly it works. And works well though a bit pricy for the components. Won’t do the deck again – or a large flat power wash project without it. Taller uses may wish to buy an extender for the wand as the user will be stooping over while using it. Clearly not the fault of the unit. Welcome to North Carolina where everything that doesn't rust, rot or corrode will be eaten by the bugs. I have over 1400 sq ft of wood deck that usually takes me a week [every 2 years] to pressure wash with a 2600 psi washer.
