Have used this product in the past and it is mandatory with me to use it everytime I use my pressure washer. It is easy to apply and protects the gaskets in the machine

Would Recommend$9 Karcher Pump Guard = $125 Pump Replacement! Brand new TroyBilt/Honda engine pressure washer. Wanted to protect my investment so I bought the Karcher pump guard liquid. Next time I used the washer it ran for a bit, then started loading the pump even when the trigger was released then stopped dead in its tracks and seized the pump. Do not waste your money! This is basically car antifreeze, diluted so thin and watery that it has almost no lubrication or protective properties. Think the 50/50...

Would RecommendI have used this every time I used my pressure washer as recommended by Lowes associate. After each use I spray the pump saver 3-4 times to ensure all the water is out to prevent freezing. Living up north the pump can freeze, this works like a charm. I keep 3 on hand, lasts about 5 times of use, but I use more than recommended.

Would RecommendI've used this product for years to winterize the water pumps on my two pressure washers. It gives me peace of mind to know they are protected from freezing and possibly cracking.
I have used this pump saver to winterize my pressure washer for the last 6 or 7 years....it has worked great for me....it is so easy to use....connect and spray until it flows out of the outlet, use a rag to clean up... about 3 minutes and you are done

Would RecommendThis is a great product. Easy to use. Attach to inlet port, push the button and pressurized solution comes out the outlet port. So much easier than the squeeze bottle solution.
Leaking power washer
Would RecommendDidn't use last year and had a $200 bill for pump replacement because I kept the washer in the garden shed. This year used the Pump Saver as well as storing the washer in the basement. Most times I try to only make the same mistake once!

Would RecommendIf you want your pressure washer to last. a) do NOT start it until the water is turned on because the water is the pump lubricant , and b) put a squirt of pump saver in after every use .

I'd always drained it carefully after each once-a-year use, so I figured it was a minor issue that I could fix. I removed and disassembled the pump, and was stunned to find that the pistons were badly rusted and had destroyed the seals. It was beyond repair, so I bought a new pump and installed it. A must for all washer pumps
Would RecommendRecommended for my neglected Generac power washer. My new Craftsman power washer even has a place on the rear panel to mount this pump saver. I only gave 4 stars because I haven't seen the results for this product. Seems like good idea to routinely use this for prolonged life of pump.
