I'm happy with the Essentials version. Not sure what the complaints are about. I'm pretty hard on paper towels. Maybe my most abrasive cleaning chore is when I use salt to clean out a cast iron frying pan after making beef (I pour plain dry salt in the dirty pan - no water - let salt sit and absorb gunk a while - then I scrub out all the oils and meaty bits with bounty - gets quite clean - dump greasy salt into garbage.
