Not buying.

Any company that does there commercials in Spanish I will not support. This is America and official language is English.

Too big!!

Lost me as a customer. Rolls have gotten too big to fit my cabinet dispenser.

Only buy Bounty. Recently tried the Essentials. Good for certain uses. So I buy both Essentials and regular.

Why in the world change them now?

The outside packaging conveniently looks the same, but they are missing the quilted layer and are not as absorbent. Congratulations. As soon as my supply is gone, I will change brands. The sizes have always driven me nuts. Example: 10 = 30, Triple Rolls, Full-Size Sheets It’s 10 Triple Rolls. TEN.

Very disappointed at the low quality

For many years I have liked the quality of Bounty paper towels, but lately the quality has dropped drastically. If they don’t return to previous quality, I will be looking for other brands.

ESSENTIAL PRINT

i CANNOT FIND THESE PRINT ESSENTIAL BOUNTY PAPER TOWELS ANYWHERE. HAVE THEY QUIT MFG THOSE?

Mildewed paper towels

We opened a brand new multi pack of paper towels and I noticed they looked slightly swollen. Pulled a roll out and they had spots of mildew on them. They weren’t wet or even damp. Which tells me they had time to dry and were packaged that way. I’ve never seen anything like this. What a waste of money for our family to have to throw away a huge pack of paper towels.

Only quicker picker upper

I’ve had been buying Bounty since “Rosie” was presenting the strongest paper towels and quicker picker upper. They used to have a thin perforated layer of plastic. No longer in the towels and the price hadn’t dropped. Not worth the price anymore solely based on just a paper towel.

Don't buy it

They have made the so called double roll smaller, Your getting less now for the same price, also the quality has gone down. Don't bother find another replacement .

Too thin

What have you done? These are thin and worthless. Your brand used to mean quality. Might as well use a tissue.

They aren't good at all

If they could absorb water, that would be a start. Original select-a-size hard to find and super expensive so you've made me change brands.

What have you done to your New Paper Towels

04/24/24 --- Why did you change and make them so SOFT. I know some complained but old classic and new environment friendly...you could wash your car with them. Now suddenly in mid April... the two layers separate, they are soft but at what cost, they fall into separate layers, not as serviceable, I will look else where, if you don't clean up your ACT. Devoted used for way over 30 years...

Ugly and so not useful so so so not useful.

I got the package yesterday and when I open the box I found a paper towels they had something on them and they look really old and rusted.

Essentials are awful

My husband bought Scott paper towels and I couldn’t wait to get rid of them. They were terrible, and definitely not bounty quality. I purchased Bounty Essentials, and to my disappointment, they were just as bad as Scott’s. I have rarely purchased any other brand than Bounty for a million years now, and I will not buy essentials again. I’ll go back to my normal Bounty select a size in the green wrapping. Nothing beats it. But my other disappointment, is that they no longer come in regular size...

You used to have a good product.

I'm sad that even bounty decides to cut back on the quality of paper towels. Yet still sell it or premium price. The corporate knows what they're doing. It is just read and very, very sad. I spoke the truth. I hope that you publish this.

Thinner than toilet paper

I bought this assuming it was the same Bounty I always purchase. I was wrong. This is thinner than the toilet paper we buy. It is a waste of money because it is not absorbent at all. It was like a kleenex tissue. IMO, calling this paper towel is false advertising.

Something's wrong

I used to go out of my way to buy these towels, but not anymore. The select-a-size sheet perforations are no longer cut right. After a few purchases with tearing issues I suspect they're purposely making select-a-size a full sheet product to boost sales. Or maybe someone isn't properly tooling their machines in the factory I found a good replacement towel. Fool me once...

Bounty essentials are the Worst Paper Towels EVER!

We have been purchasing Bounty paper towels for years and have never had a bad experience with them until now. These towels are soooo thin they soak up very little. Count on using a whole roll for your moderate spills. We are very disappointed! The Manufacturer can contact me if they want any information regarding the Lot#.
