We have been buying Bounty select-a-size for years and have always been pleased with the product. However, our recent purchase of Bounty 10=30 Triples select-a-size 10-pack was extremely disappointing. The paper towels seem to be single-ply and they tear into pieces very easily when you pull one off of the roll; this has never happened before. Also, they fall apart very easily when you use them to wipe up messes. Again, this has never happened to us previously. Hopefully, this will not happ...

Rolls just keep getting smaller
The rolls keep getting smaller but they continue to use the same advertising like 6=12 rolls. Now the so called double rolls are about the same size as the regulars. What gives?!!

Not up to par
Have been using the Bounty Select-A-Size for years and have preferred Bounty over store brands because of the superior absorbency. However, I recently purchased a large package of Bounty Advanced, Select-A-Size, Longer Sheets. It was higher in price, not as thick, not absorbent, and no better than store brands. Very disappointed in quality.

Picks up great amount of liquid

The double roll includes more supply in one roll so they last longer as well. I am pleased with this product and highly recommend it to customers with messy children, pets, or just regular cleaning up around the house.

What changed??

“New” Bounty Paper Towels
LeeLee74 wrote exactly as I feel. I’ve used Bounty forever. Love the select a size. I frequently tear it in half for little water clean ups, to use as a napkin, use as a kleenex. It no longer tears in half. A small triangular useless piece tears off. It is no longer soft. I have no idea if it’s more absorbing. If I have a big spill, I’ll use a cloth towel. These towels no longer qualify as a usable paper towel for me.
