I bought your designer paper towels, select size. Each roll was individually wrapped and in good condition. The paper towels are very absorbent. Now the only issue is, I can’t find them in stores in the large bundle package anywhere.

Your paper towels stink

This brand was my favorite- but your company has loss my business forever because the paper towels stink like mildew. What's up with that? I've finally have had it. Just can't stand that terrible smell. Goodbye

Super Absorbent

I actually LOVE how you can choose the size for the mess at hand. It's less of a waste because you can easily grab exactly what you need. Its super absorbent and durable. Texture is strong but not rough.

Perforations

I'd like to say I've been using these paper towels for 10 years. I love the absorbency strength they have. The problem I'm having is the way they tear off the roll. For the last 4 months they don't tear off the roll right. They tear at the perforation for the first 8 " then rip away to the towels the last few inches.its very frustrating.

Durable

These are our go to paper towels. After testing out some others we still come back to these. They soak up many spills. They tear off the roll easily.

Quality drastically changed

I have been purchasing these every month on Amazon’s subscribe and save for years. This month’s order came, and I immediately noticed a difference. I use these to clean up water spills my dogs leave behind. Usually I need 1-2 pieces. I needed 6 pieces. The are noticeably thinner and the cardboard center ro is even taller than the paper towels as well. Disappointing and don’t even know what to replace them with.

Another Frustrated Formerly Loyal Fan

I grew up using Bounty towels — stronger and well priced. Now, the quality has suffered (thinner towels?) and shrinkflation has taken its toll. It is nearly impossible to determine which size or bundle is most economical for the price. I value transparency, and that now seems to be lacking. I have no intention of taking even more time to call the company to decipher it all. Please bring back old-fashioned quality and transparency. What's happening? Less bang for your buck!

Downsizing and quality issues. The 2pk of mega rolls went from 180 sheets to 164 sheets. Also the quality doesn't seem as good as before. What happened, Bounty??

Select-a-size allows you to choose a half of a tow

Love these paper towels because sometimes you just need a small paper towel so the select-a-size comes in handy. They are also really durable and strong

Not worth it anymore!

Too much shrinkflation and the quality of the product has gone done. Guessing they are just trying to make more money off of the working people's back.

One of the best!

We only use 2 kinds of paper towels, bounty and Kirkland. These are great because you can customize how small or big of a piece that you need. Super absorbent, soft yet strong!

Great paper towels!!

Only ones I use. Strong long lasting easy to tear sheets. Wet one to use as a duster to collect all the dog hair on glass surfaces. They can be pricier than some other brands but I feel you get what you pay for!! Nice sized sheets no matter what project you need them for!!

Size of individual towels - what a mistake!

We’ve been buying Bounty paper towels for decades. Most recently we noticed that the size of the half sheets had increased approximately by 50%. That means that for most of our usage we use more towel than needed. Just another decision to rip off loyal customers. You should strongly consider reverting to the former size ASAP or you may find the blunder akin to the “New Coke” debacle. For me and my household, we’re actively looking for alternative products.

Missing seasonal prints

Love Bounty paper towels and have been using for years; however, will you ever sell the seasonal prints again? Those were my favorite and helped the kitchen look more festive.
