Bosch dryer

This is our second home dryer, ventless and energy efficient! We also bought a new Bosch washer at the same time, great energy and water efficiency, perfect for our mountain home situation. I would heartily recommend this product to anyone with energy and water use awareness. Best appliances in a small field of entries. Plus my military discount was honored for this purchase. Delivery and installation were included! Its all good. Thank you Lowe's!

Worst dryer

If you want dry clothes, do not use this

Great Unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer fits our needs with no reservations. The fact that an outside vent is not required makes it an ideal unit for our situation. It is used in our cottage and the compact size is great since we have a limited space for a dryer and washer in our cottage.

Remember the clothes line hanging?

An versatile drying machine

PATIENCE IS A MUST!!!!

We purchased this dryer after our 30+ year old stopped working. If you are going from a vented dryer to this one and you don't have a ton of patience, this dryer will NOT be for you! My old dryer took no more than 45 minutes for a full load. We had to play around with the settings until we got the dryer to work half way decent. Until we changed the "Dry Level" to 3 AND went through 2 FULL cycles, we were finally able to take the clothes out of the dryer. Otherwise, the clothes were damp! It took...

Fantastic dryer

ventless dares don't work

No combination of settings results in satisfactory drying.

500 Series works perfectly, but I don't

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buyers need to know that this unit, because it is vented indoors, does not dry clothes quickly. It just doesn't. If you NEED to have your clothes dried in 30 minutes, this isn't your machine. For us, though, I don't mind, and it does a very fine job. One bothersome thing, though, is that it always, always wraps the sheets up into a ball and then I have to separate them at least once, if not twice, during the drying process to get them truly dry...

Problem fixed

After 6 months of my new dryer never drying the clothes, I decided to sell it. This prompted my husband to look into the matter. These units should be stacked. The drainage pipe coming from the back of the dryer needs gravities assistance! Our drain is halfway up the wall, so it couldn't drain the water if sitting side by side with the washer. Quick fix was to set the hose in a pan on the floor until we got the stacking brackets. Worked like a charm and I really do love my dryer now. I take back...

Very nice design and function

Took awhile to get my dry settings dialed, but now loads come out perfectly dry without much wrinkling, which is great considering my loads are mostly cotton. No dryer sheet required as no super hot dry air is blowing through.

Dries well and energy efficient!

Clothes come out just dry but not baked which has ruined some fabrics in other dryers. The dryer has a great venting feature which doesn't require an outside vent. It captures the moisture in a special louver system and retains the warmth inside the laundry room. This too saves energy when heating our home.
