Great bit for plywood dados
Would RecommendI’m reviewing the 1/2” shank 3/4” Bosch carbide dado bit. It is great! Most of my old bits, including the dado bits, were high speed steel. Using this new carbide bit was a great experience. Very clean cutting on the dado shoulders and perfectly flat at the bottom of the cut. Cutting and installing custom plywood shelving in closets - 4 done, two to go. This router bit is a huge help, saving me time because I don’t have any cleanup needed on these sharply cut dados. I recommend this Bosch carbid...

Would Recommendpicked this one up the other day to do repeated cuts for bee frame side bars. Works very smooth, no sanding at all needed. already made over 2000 cuts and still cuts very smooth. just make sure to clean the bits and keep bearing lubricated and should last a long time.
