Outstanding set for the price. My choice of drill / driver set. Very reliable and great power for the size. I have an original version and it still runs great after 7plus years of daily use.

Great drill and driver

Batteries useless after just 4 times charging. Charger showed solid green but batteries not charged

Powerful and Lightweight

I was on the fence before before buying this thinking I needed one of the more powerful sets on the market. I am glad I went with these. This 12v set will handle 98% of what a home improvement person would use a cordless drill and driver for. I have done a lot of work with this set over the last 2 years including tearing down a wall, putting up a new wall and hanging an LVL beam over a span. This driver has no problem sinking any screw you’ll use in your home in 3”+ of wood without pilot holes....

Wish I'd had these years earlier

These are so light and easy to use for almost every around the house, dorm, condo task. They are powerful enough for almost any task from hanging curtain rods to building a cabinet. If you're not doing construction and just normal everyday tasks these are the best value ever.

Nice compact and powerful I have several 12v tools they have never let me down

Works as expected. It's a 12V system, it does small lightweight tasks with ease. Some people gets disappointed because they want the same performance as a 18v 4Ah tool. But, this tools have their place in a wide variety of situations. I have been using them for electrical, installing blinds, adding some reinforcements to a house framing, installing drywall and assembling cabinetry. I do like them because they fit pretty well for my needs. It's a great compliment for my tool arsenal.

Works Fine.

I've only used it once but it seems to be a good product. Bosch makes quality items and it was on sale. I am not a professional so it should last me a long time just working around the house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most of the time I buy things like this in bulk. With Inferior brands you just expect to have to go through a few every job. Not the case with these. I am pretty surprised at how long they have lasted and I don't go easy on them at all. I expect to have to replace them at some point but seems like not anytime soon.

Nice compact drill with good power

Purchased to replace a many years old Craftsman 12v Max compact drill/drive combo. The Bosch is similar in quality, so I expect it to last 10 or more years. Size perfect, not too heavy, drill runs long enough on a charge. I haven't tested the driver, but expect it will be fine.

great quality

Ive always bought Makita. Bought this set on discount and find the quality great. My makita equivilent tools ar 6+ years old & still perform wll but showing their age. I have every expectation these will perform as well.

Nice combo

Put on a couple of metal roofs with them. Haven’t had them for very long, but like them so far. R

Small but powerful

A great drill and impact driver. Their small size make them idea for getting into tight spaces. Although small they have plenty of power.

Downsizing was never better

This Bosch tool is perfect for my aging hands and very bad back. I still like to do small projects and the Dewalt Battery powered drill was just too much for me to hold. While this drill is not a powerful, it serves very will for drilling holes and using wire bruses to clean off bicycle parts (I do some rebuilding of vintage bikes). The impact driver is probably overkill, but for only $20 more than just the drill, I couldn't resist.

Great tool on a small budget.

Caught this driver/impact drill combo on sale. I must admit I was very impressed. Even for a 1.5mah, the impact driver did a wonderful job in building a small greenhouse project I was putting together. The drill driver itself was pretty good, I have to admit if it were possible to have a 2-speed compact version it would've been great. PS31 Drill; Tool or Toy?

Bosch tools are quality, right? And the 12v series offers the advantage of being super compact and lightweight. Plus this kit included a PS31 Drill/Driver, a PS41 Impact Driver, two 2.0AH batteries and a charger for $99; less after the Lowes card discount. So Bosch quality at a great price...what's not to like? The PS31 Drill is totally useless, because it is virtually impossible to tighten the chuck.
