Quality without breaking the bank

Have to fight to get batteries out,may get easier as they wear in.

Small and compact But powerful

Got it on a deal. Price was just right. Needed a small compact drill which could fit into small places/tight spots. Battery also last for a long time

Not siutable for home use

This impact drill was everything the average reviewer promised except the noise was unacceptable. Sure you can wear expensive hearing protection to save your hearing working in confined places but others anywhere near you are not so fortunate. Even pre-drilling soft wood for a small 3/4" woodscrew to ease effort on the impact driver as described, it still produced unbearable noise as soon as I started aplying it to screw.

Great bang for the buck !!!

Bought this set on sale, was in need of something that would actually fit into tight spaces. This set is awesome, and has plenty of guts to drive/drill what you need. Battery life is pretty decent too, battery life indicator is incredibly handy, and the LED light on both is a great addition.

cordless drill

quality product that is very convenient. Didn't think I needed both bus so nice to be able to drill holes then have driver ready to go No constant changing from drill bit to driver bit.

Excellent Tool

This 12v tool combo has been great. Ergonomically fits your hand very well. Not overly heavy and obviously with the Bosch name it has excellent fit and finish. Batteries charge very fast and the travel bag is good as well. Overall great tools for the money

Love the PS31 drill but not the PS41 impact driver

This noise from the impact driver is unbearable working in confined cabinet areas. I use the drill to pre drill and chamfer the hole and the impact driver to drive the 3/4" screws into baltic plywood and pine. The loud noise begins instantly and increases as the woodscrew gets deeper. I expected the noise to start only as the screw reaches its maximum depth. I consider this noise unacceptable and dangerous.

Awesome at what it's for.

I have plenty of powerful 18v tools but wanted a drill/driver and impact in the smaller 12v. I knew I wouldn't be driving 3 1/2 or 4" screws all day with them but rather wanted something for around the house. These both have surprising power. With the drill/driver, I drilled 3/4" paddle bit holes all morning in order to run Romex in the basement remodel. The impact actually can drive 3 1/2" screws with no issues. Love my "Bosch 2-Tool 12-Volt Max Cordless Combo"

I love Bosch products. at 72 I have hard time dealing heavy the heavyweight cordless equipment on the market. The are light weight, heavy duty, and ergonomically designed. and the batteries have a long duty range. Great for my projects as a woodworker/hobbyist. Thanks Bosch for thinking of the Good Old Guys!

Small cordless

Bought this about a year ago. Both items work fine, but have some limitations. Tried using the impact driver for metal roofing installation (2" metal roofing screws, self drilling) and found it a bit lacking. You push and push and then finally the screw will go thru, then it takes a while to suck the screws up tight. For comparison I tried a Milwaukee M12 impact wrench about the same size and it punched right thru and sucked tight super quick. Still like for smaller things. Seems like it...

Has a great deal of power to remove the toughest of bolts with ease! I wish I had gotten these drills sooner! Great price, too!
