Would Not RecommendI've owned mine for a bit now, but probably only had 5-6 hours of use and went to use this weekend and it's like it has very little power and gets hot. I confirmed no dust build up anywhere and brushed don't appear to be very worn. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I'd think a tool should last.

Great router for it's size
Would RecommendI've used this router for roughly 8 years. I also have others that I use for bigger projects. This palm router has come in handy many many times. It's my go to when I work on light projects or on-site calls. It's very versatile for it's size. The biggest issue I have is the router kept loosing the depth setting. Would RecommendNice micro adjustment on this. Some complained about the body slipping which changed the depth. It uses a pinch clamp to lock the depth. My Rigid trim router does too. I locked the body and pressed down on the top. It slipped a little. Tightened up the 8 mm nut on the clamp and tried again. No slip. It isn’t rocket surgery. Just tighten it up.
