Great insect repelant

I don’t like to use sprays on my plants especially edible ones because I feel like I’m eating the spray. Captain Jacks DeadBug Brew Dust I can just sprinkle on the dirt and water! I have found little to know insects on my plants and see a healthy plant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Bonide Captain Jack's DeadBug Brew Dust from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This stuff works great! I was having trouble this year with my pepper plants being attacked by bugs but a little sprinkle of this brew dust and they are gone! Super easy to use it had a shaker side so a few shakes and your plant is covered by this dust and protected. Fast acting too and now my plants look happy and healthy.

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first time ever using something for my garden to help control bugs.I used it with my green onions and also had some different mints and basil, and I definitely noticed a reduction in the amount of bugs surrounding the plants.

Effective in everything except beetles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a variety of insects in my yard, but beetles are my main concern. Unfortunately, this product did not work on beetles at all. They are still out in full force, and even seem bigger than before. It did however kill off all of the other insects. It even works great on ants. The container makes application a simple task. There is enough for dozens of applications so this is a great value. It did not bother my pets at all Or my own allergies...

Easy to use

It describes how to apply it, how much to apply depending on what vegetation you have and how many times you can apply it so it is very simple. I did not notice and scent from the powder and it is a pretty fine powder. So far, I am seeing a decrease in bugs but it will take time to know for sure but so far so good. I would continue to use

Pretty effective

Didn’t work for us

Easy to apply

I usually have a serious problem with Japanese beetles destroying my garden but I haven’t had any problems this season. It’s a pretty good size container so I think it will last a long time.

Does the job
