I'm a hobbyist beekeeper and woodworker. These gloves are my favorite for assembling and painting bee hives since they prevent splinters, give great dexterity, and make cleanup after painting very quick & easy. I don't like to wear gloves when working my bees, since the heavy leather beekeeping gloves don't allow for great dexterity, but they do prevent stings to the hands. This is the second time I have purchase these gloves type and stiles. They last for years while work outside and work on the landscaping grass,bushes,tress and plants...They protect the hands allow you the great sensation while you wear them.Comfortable and they take a "beating" from all the hard work. They can handle it all from dirt and rocks moving to just plain moving soil around with your hands. I say go for it, It's worth the money and provides the product needed for the Job.. Well done
