Would RecommendSurprising what these things can hold up. Though I used larger screws to assure no shelf failures. I used them in the garage to keep things off the floor for more room.

Would RecommendI had to hang some 2x4 DIY garage shelves and support them on every other stud. I held the brackets tight against the wall then pushed them tight against the bottom of the shelf to keep the shelves at 90 degrees. Worked perfectly.

Would RecommendBought these brackets to hold up a shelf that spanned 7 feet and was 14" deep. These were very sturdy. Drilled them directly into the studs and the shelf wasn't going anywhere. Would buy these again. Very easy to install.

Used 8 of these for putting up shelves in our laundry room. So far they are working well and hold a lot of weight. Easy install and works well with the shelves sold at Lowes.

Excellent quailty brackets for the price
Would RecommendWas needing more shelf space for longer items so needed 15 inch brackets, not the easiest thing to find. Lowes had them at a reasonable price and when received was impressed with their quailty for the price. Definitely seem sturdy and went up easily. One has the tip bent slighlty during shipping but I was able to straighten it and the finish didn't even crack. My storage problem has been solved for a reasonable price.
Strong brackets!
Would RecommendWe were looking for beach chair hangars for our shed. If anything was long (we have 6 chairs), it wasn't strong. These suckers are STRONG. We attached one side to the wall and one side to 2x4s to extend it by 10". They are totally solid and sturdy.
