low clearance between bar & Shelf with long shelf

Very nice color and design. The only problem was that shelf we are using is a little deeper than the support part and it did not give very much room for the hanger to clear the shelf and the bar. Another even just a half inch more would have made this perfect. We had to tilt the hangers at an angle to get them on.

Is the plastic rod holder a joke?

Why make such a sturdy bracket then cheap out on the rod holder? The cheap plastic clip only fits metal rods too, it WILL hold the wood rods which are slightly larger but you can see the plastic clip flexing outward from the extra diameter. It's not a question of if but when these will break and your clothes will come tumbling down. Why is finding a shelf/rod holder so difficult? Will not be using these.

Shelf brackets very sturdy and worked well with pole and shelving sold separately for hanging clothes.

Make sure you are anchoring into something solid.

I love the design. It allows you to slide your clothes hangers through the brackets.

Replace bent cheap builder grade closet brackets

These are really strong and can handle the load. My tip for easy installation, don't use screws, use 1/4 inch hex head lag bolts, drill pilot holts and use a ratchet.

Sturdy, but a pain to mount!

These are a pain to mount due to the V shape of the cross piece and the location of the holes. The rod holder is nice, and it is sturdy, but you cannot get a good angle on screws because of the cross piece.

Good closet bracket

This is a very solid bracket and holds our closet bar well.

Great addition to closet!

Product is excellent. Worked very well in closet; however, when we received the order we were missing 6 of the ends that hold the rod. Not a big problem because we returned to the store and replaced the 6.
