It had many weak points where the rope broke.
Would Not RecommendThough this product appeared strong in the package, when unwrapped it had many, many weak points where the rope literally fell apart. It had absolutely no tensile or shear strength at all! DO NO BUY!

Replacement rope
I bought this rope to replace the rope on an extension ladder that I keep outside that had rotted and actually adhered to the plastic pully. I was a little smaller in diameter than the original rope, but I could not find a rope the original diameter. This diameter seemed to fit the pully better. I will have to see how long this rope lasts or figure a place to store the ladder in the garage. There was plenty of rope left over to tie loads in the truck.
