Randomly disconnects from wifi

Sync module randomly disconnects from system. then can't reconnect without connecting to blink servers even if set up for local. can take days to reconnect. works OK when connected.

Good picture but poor sound

The product is small and easy to install. The only draw back is that the camera cannot show good pictures in the night. Also, the speaker is too small, the sound is too low and I am sure it will not scare away any intruders.

Worked until the subscription ended

When the subscription ended and I wanted to use the USB feature for recording the unit failed to work with the USB. After 3 weeks of working with Blink's technical support and receiving a new module..... the unit still would not work properly. The unit did work well with the subscription however, it would not record clips or clip backups to the USB.

Outdoor Accessories

I bought this outdoor camera because I needed a 2nd one, my other camera got soaked in the rain. I tried putting it in rice and I don't think it's going to work. So I purchased another one as a replacement.

This is a review is of Lowe’s customer service more than the blink product. It was purchased on sale at 50% off but found the product had been opened and was missing one battery and two screws. I finished installing all but one camera since I was shorted one battery. I then went to Lowe’s to get a pack of batteries but the associate denied my request for a $2 discount on the pack. Ridiculous return policy

Recently my girlfriend purchased me some Carhartt products for christmas. The size was not right. Upon returning to the store to exchange, I was told my girlfriend had to appear with her credit card in order to do the exchange. This is very problematic and I can say with certainty that I will never buy any more Carhart products from Lowe's thanks!

Camera mounts

While I am happy with the blink cameras, blink app, picture quality, and the interface. The mounts that come with the cameras are worthless. They do not extend out far enough to turn the camera to a 90 degree angle to the mount. Thie really hampers your decision as to where to mount the camera and what it will show. While I do not want to buy more cameras I do not have any choice. I know that I can buy other mounts for the camera. I just do not understand why the mount that comes with the came...
