There were other models available elsewhere by Blackstone but these really stood out and were only available at Lowes. The edge is sharp for cutting and the size is perfect for steaks, burgers, omelets etc. The scrapper has a great angle to it that keeps my hand away from the hot surface. Plus the looks of the set with its soft orange and black handle makes me feel like the griddle master. Super stoked to complete my set up....
