Have to change it every week!

This product was not what I thought it would be even though it was a match for my humidifier. I have to change it after one weeks use whereas the original filter for my humidifier I need to change it after 30-60 days time. I won't be purchasing this type filter ever again.

Well worth it!

What a difference a new filter makes! I didn't realize how old and bad my old filter was until I put one of these in the other day and added some of the purifier!

Moldy after one day

Purchased these filters as an alternative to the Honeywell filters we usually purchase. We are regular users of this type of filter, so we are familiar with the process of how to use/clean and maintain. After one overnight use, you could smell the musty odor and visibly see small brown dots on the filter. The Honeywell filters last for much longer, sometimes up to 5 weeks. Will not purchase these again.

My winter ritual

I've tried the knock off brands from that big online store that starts with an "A" Those usually start failing or rotting within weeks. Going with the read brand has served me the best.

Great Filter

I was using the new blue filters from Honeywell and much to my dismay, they started to mold. The older filters from Honeywell worked great but you cannot find them. I ordered these filters from Lowe's and I absolutely love them. They do not dry out while in use and my humidifier works great with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Finally measured them and found out that they are 1/4" short. Yes, I finally found the correct original replacement filters for our humidifiers.

Just what I wanted

These can be trimmed to fit multiple brands of humidifiers. They work OK. This is the brand that I have been using for the last couple of years since the original wicks seemed to have gone out of production.

Humidifier filters

The filters only last a couole weeks before they are not putting out a lot of humidity. I even tried the additive but I made no difference. The only thing that rejuvinates the filter is soaking it in a bucket of vinegar water.

I was seeking a filter replacement for a Sunbeam Model SCM1100 humidifier. The filter for the model is in common with other manufacturers, but overall was not very successful in finding the filter via any of the manufacturers. Ordered product via Lowes Web site for home delivery. Processing was straight-forward. Delivery abut 7 days later via FedEx. The filter template easily understandable and apply to cut filter to size for the humidifier I have. Installed in humidifier and all working just fine.

works fine ..the wicks ….just not as good as years ago...and yes...this holmes humidifier just will NOT die..it has 2 b over 10 years old..yay

Perfect fit, perfect price

This filter fit my Honeywell 710 and it works great. Couldn't believe it was only $10 and MADE IN THE USA. It's a good product which doesn't wear out too quickly.
