Would Not RecommendThis will hold 100 ft of 12/3 cord but just barely. you need to take the time to make sure the cord lays absolutely perfect with every pass. They should really make a 150 ft option. I got this for my generator extention cord, I will just get reusable wire ties and stick to the old hand/elbow wrap.

Would RecommendIs for long extension cords. The sharp edges need to be removed so they don’t cut the cord. I had to cut the small opening on the side so the cord would fit in it I am using it with a 100 ft 12/3 cord.

Decent materials and construction
Would RecommendI've used this type of cord storage for a couple of decades. These seem to be as well made as any. The true test is how well they hold up to UV outdoors and cold temperatures can make them very brittle. This is a recent purchase and only time will tell.
