Would RecommendI got these lights and hook them up a week ago. I have to say it’s only been a week and everything is growing rapidly. The lights are very bright and do a great job. They do not give off any warmth though, so probably would work better with a heat mat to keep the soil warm.

All my plants that had very little growth in a shady room is loving it and shows appreciation by thrown new leaves right away. Easy to hang on wire shelving. I didn't use the hangers that came in the box because the lights would have hung too low but I had some small "S" hooks that worked out fabulously.
