Would Not RecommendThe roller stops spinning every time I make contact with anything. I have cleaned all hair from it and it doesn’t matter. Upon closer inspection, the belt appears to be rubbing against the housing, creating extra friction that is cuing the motor to slip. There does not seem to be a way to ix the issue. Do NOT. It.

Disappointed - Doe NOT pick up cat hair!
I bought this because reviews indicated it was the best for pet hair. I am disappointed with its performance on my microfiber couch and cat hair. My old, tired Bissell Pet eraser does better and faster. Don’t bother
As soon as you pull backwards (going forward and back while vacuuming) it causes the crevice tool to extend which disengages the motorized brush from its power source while still being attached by the retaining tabs so that it stops spinning making it completely useless.

Would Not RecommendI’m very disappointed. There’s hardly any suction. I have to go over things several times to get it vacuumed up. I wouldn’t mind if it was cheap, but spending over $100 hard earned money, then getting it home and it doesn’t do the ONE thing it’s made to do, is disappointing. I threw the box away, so I don’t know my options on returning it. But I won’t be buying another Black & Decker.
