Returning after one use

This rice cooker worked one time. The second time the control switch wouldn’t stay down, finally did but then the cook and the warm light both went out.

Good if the booklet was better

Works much better than the 6-cup B&D rice cooker we bought 5 years ago. Very satisfied

Stylish Kitchen Essential

Good size for our family of five and a few guests. Steaming basket is nice to have. Eager to try out some of the included recipes.

Broke within 3 month

Started to smell a burning electrical smell from the rice cooker within 3 months of purchase and the next time I used it, it completely broke and no longer works.

Wonderful Cooker!

I received this as a gift to replace my old rice cooker which I never really liked. I absolutely love this one! I wish I had bought it myself sooner! The fact that it not only cooks rice but you can cook many other things in it as well as steam foods! Cleanup is a breeze and I like the way the lid handle can easily be removed for thorough cleaning. This cooker is best with rice because it completes its cycle faster than any other one I’ve had. lOVE MY RICE COOKER

The cooker came with a recipe book which opened new ways to use my rice cooker. Never thought about making veggie soup in the cooker until now. This appliance will be my "go-to" for quick healthy meals.

I had this rice

I had this rice cooker for over 12 yrs and was one of my favorites. Definitely cooked my rice all the time perfect and easy to use as well.

Not a Big fan !

Bought this steamer /rice cooker for a replacement for a Black and Decker I owned for a number of years that was Great. The old rice cooker still is in working condition, except the rice cooker bowl has a crack in it. The new replacement rice cooker used for the first time, ended up scorching the bottom of the rice. No way to adjust the time or temperature for cooking. Should have stuck with the old design. Steaming/timing works better than the direct contact of heat to the rice bowl. Not a big ...

Rice is Mushy

Can't get this to make good rice anymore. Got it for Christmas, after a few weeks it has stopped making rice perfect. it's mush, wet and gross. No clue how to get service or warranty work. but I need a fix. When it was working, it was flawless. I would have left a 5 star review if it performed the way it was at first.

Mindblowing, Topnotch Quality

This product is topnotch, Mind-blowing. The cooked rice is so loose, not wet or dry .. just perfect. Also, the Cooker stops on its own when rice is done (switches to warm on its own), so no need to keep hearing and remembering the cooker whistles (if u know what i mean). Finally, try Basmati Rice in this baby ... Or Pulav (with pre-cooked tadka) ... Next Level !!

Great rice cooker and steamer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received the rice cooker yesterday and used it last night. The rice was cooked perfectly and the broccoli in the tray was cooked the same. I am very pleased with my purchase. This is an excellent rice cooker for the money. Get one!
