Minimal Usage

I bought a leaf blower with this battery just two days ago. Fully charged, the battery only lasted for eight minutes.

Works Good / Should come with charger

Bought extra battery at Lowes store store 2625 yesterday. Price was listed $52.98. A military discount lowered it to $47.68. Checked price today, 6.5.2021, and it is listed at $30.45. Lost out on approximately $17.00 in savings. Can't return to rebuy at lower price as I threw out packaging. Oh well...

Many uses

I use the 20V battery for my chain saw, leaf blower, and two weed trimmers. It makes my yardwork fast and efficient, no dragging around a cord or yanking on a gas pull start.

20 volt black + decker chain saw.

Only used it for a couple of small 3 inch tree cuts but it did the job. Plan to do some tree trimming soon and this will be he true test to see how the battery holds up and if the chain don't jump. It will be used as a secondary saw.

It is way better than the 1.5ah one ...Like way!

It is like far greater then the 1.5 AH one for like some reason!

Battery

I needed The battery for my leaf blower and my weed eater. The last time I bought a battery at Lowe's, I looked in black and Decker tool area. I was told to look in yard equipment. So this time I went to yard equipment and found nothing. On a hunch, I went to tool section. Therevi found the battery. As much as I like Lowe's, I don't like playing hide and seek when looking for items that keeps moving around your store.

I initially ordered these because I got an adaptor to convert my Grasshog weed eater from Ni-Cad to lithium batteries. The batteries themselves are decent quality ones as long as you make sure you get ones that are recently manufactured. I have gotten batteries before that had been sitting on the shelf for a long time and were not good. Luckily, the B&D battery charger immediately detected one of the batteries as being bad, as the battery would not charge at all. To check the date of manuf...

Doesn’t last with leaf blower

I buy these batteries to use with my Black and Decker leaf blower, but they don’t last more than ten minutes. I need thirty minutes for the amount of leaves I have in my yard. Additionally, they stop working entirely after a few months. Does the two year warranty cover the battery if it stops holding a charge? I need three to get the job done. I don’t want to have to buy three new batteries twice a year. That’s ridiculous

Back up battery

I got 1 with tool and got this as a 2nd 1 so would always have 1 ready to go. I also got a 6.0ah 1 and have been using it ALOT for over 2 weeks and still going strong. I put the charger that came with tool and a 2.oah battery into a tool box I have for all this as a grab and go all in one box.

Long Lasting Battery

My battery lasted two years with heavy use. I'm very happy and highly recommend it!!!!

Great Tools

I have three of these and they work great in my drill, my wife's drill and my reciprocating saw. In fact I am writing this as I order two more for more backup.

Extremely short life

At most, I get 20 minutes of use before this battery dies. (Using it in a B& D chainsaw and hedge trimmer.) It had a long life for the first couple of weeks, but then its usefulness dropped right off. Now it takes 6 hours to recharge, then gives 20 minutes (at most) of life. Because of Lowes return policy on outdoor products, they will not replace it. Worthless product. Don't buy this.
