Wish I had bought this one first

Pro points: Uses the Black & Decker 20V Max battery series. (We already had 4 from 2 leaf blowers, a string trimmer and inflator). It will free stand even with the battery installed - a balanced device. Quieter and more powerful than the Dyson it replaced. No way to detach head?!?!

Wow, I am blown away! There is no way to detach the head! Because of this, I have no extension tube when using the corner attachment. I have to kneel, crouch, or bend over to get corners. This design decision is absolutely staggering! It's a shame, because I really wanted a stick vacuum that uses changeable 20V batteries, and this one has decent suction for a good price. Not sure if I'm going to keep it. I cannot recommend this to a friend.

Very nice vacuum

I love this vacuum, it works really well and it's nice not having to worry about having a cord in your way.

Brush will not spin

Has worked great but now brush will not spin. The spinner spins when brush is not in And it has all been cleaned thoroughly.

Waste of money

Product stopped after 1 week of buying won’t turn on or anything

Good value

I purchased this vacuum in November 2023 and the brush has stopped spinning, it has been great aside from that.  How do you fix that problem?

Beater Bar not turning

Bought this a month ago, was in love with it until I took the bar out to clean it and when I put back in, now it will not spin very disappointed

Appears to be of good quality construction, have not used it very much as yet, but have had B&D vacs before and I believe this one will give me the same service. I have been purchasing their products for years , especially their battery operated devices, I am very satified.

Truly an excellent vacuum

Excellent lightweight cordless stick vacuum. Maneuvers well, has a light, suction adjusts automatically from hard floor to carpet and even has attachments. I may need to buy 2 more and additional batteries🙂. The performance is that of a dyson with less than 1/4 of the cost.

Useful and Practical Cleaning Aid

Great features include (1) powerful suction, (2) swivel function combined with excellent placement of light, (3) the fact that the dust bin is easy to remove and empty and (4) the convenient stand-alone feature. I also appreciate the 20v rechargeable lithium ion battery which I can also use to power other indoor and outdoor tools.

Versatile vacuum

I'm so happy with this cordless vacuum. It is much more powerful than my old one. I did not expect it to be this powerful. I also really like the fact that I can just stand it in the corner. It stands by itself. The battery is easy to remove and pop in the charger. If you're considering this vacuum, just go ahead and get it. It's well worth the money.

Great new machine

This vacuum is a replacement for an older heavy one AND a dust buster I had for umteen years! It does a much more thorough job and is much lighter. I was shocked with how much it picked up AFTER I ran the older one for one more time!

My wife’s vacuum

I bought it for my wife for Christmas. She loves it has a fast motor it picks up dirt from which floor too. She loves the vacuum. Thank you.

This battery run vac is wonderful!

This battery run vac is wonderful! I am a bit of a neat freak and like everything clean all the time. Now all I have to do is pick it up and go. Charging is easy and the vac is light weight. I was amazed at the amount of dirt that it picked up. I go from hard wood floors to carpet and the vac keeps up. I did have to recharge the battery before it finished the whole house but it can handle small jobs easily. I plan on taking it on the RV when we go on road trips.

VERY HANDY

Using it for a quick broom in the kitchen and so far so good. It is much more convenient being a one hand operation vs two hands using a broom and dust pan.

I love this freaking thing , fairly priced and well built. It’s worth every penny in my opinion. Cleans my home efficiently and quickly.

Disappointed of the product

Overall, it vacuum good for daily used. But I bought it a little over a year ago and it no longer works. So, I was disappointed that it lasted a short amount of time. ☹️
