Would RecommendThis item totally exceeded my expectations. The battery lasted longer than I needed it for. I trimmed for 30 minutes, the battery still performed the same as when I first started, and I eventually had to turn it off because I had had enough. The trimmer is comfortable to use, and the line fed automatically. The battery charged very fast. I didn't time it, but we are talking an hour or 2. I was a little worried that it wouldn't be powerful enough, but it actually got through some very tough ste...

Would RecommendPretty darn good so far. The trimmer has a lot of power and now I can finish what is quite a large lawn. The battery pack charger is nice also and it charges quickly. This is will get worse as time goes by of course but the cost of new batteries is crazy. Might as well just replace the unit. The blower is decent enough, but don't expect is to really do a ton of leaves etc. Good for basic cleanup.

Exactly what I needed
Would RecommendI had this model about 7 years ago before the motor stopped completely. I had put it to good use. I did my yard my Mother -in -law yard and sometimes the church. I didn't think it would last as long as it did. I always wanted to get another battery but I thought it was too expensive and then it stopped work so as luck would have it the combo kit was on sale for $99 and I jumped at it since is was just a little more than the price of the 40 volt battery.
