Sander works as intended

I bought this sander to refinish kitchen chairs. Very good at getting into tight spaces. Sandpaper is hard to find.

Love my little sander

I really like this sander, I've put it through work too. I've sanded different woods, fiberglass, plastic all kinds of nasty stuff and the dust is contained really well. Speed is perfect and not much vibration. Precision definitely with the shape and ergonomics are right

Falling apart after 1 hour light use

I should have read the reviews before buying. Two hours of light use and it is starting to come apart. The pictures posted in a review by playaspyder is exactly what I am dealing with. The tip gets so hot that the plastic around the screw that holds it on, simply melts and the tip just falls off. The underpad is coming off too. Do not buy.

After 10 minutes of sanding with the lightest of pressure, the tip gets so hot that the plastic around the screw that holds it on, simply melts and the tip just falls off. Two of them have just fallen apart on me after ten minutes of the first use. I don't even know how you could sell such a poorly designed sander.

Didn’t last 2 years.

Advertisement Picture Misleading

The first advertised photo for this mouse sander is misleading. I did not receive an item that correlates with the first photo on the advertisement. Instead, I received the sander in the other photos with a completely different air filter. Kinda upset over the “false advertisement”

Poor Quality Construction

Great concept but plastic housing and plastic pad base do not hold up. Had warranty claim on finger tip base after first small project and on third use the base separated from the upper housing. I could see it was attached by plastic clips.

Past ones were good, this one not good at all

This one failed but the ones in the past have done well. They definitely need to change to a dust bag vs this plastic because the rattle noise is ridiculous and I always have to put a tie strap to help it not shake so much. They typically last me almost 1 year as they are used 5 to 7 days a week. Dust collector fell apart and won't stay together just after 3 uses on this one and started making a loud screaming noise. Fell apart

Wish I'd read the other reviews before buying. After just a little use, the bottom iron part falls off of the vibrator button thing. For awhile you could snap it back on and go for a little bit more, but now it won't hold at all. Bought it to sand stairs and got almost two stairs done before it gave up the ghost.
