Have only been using about 2 weeks. Battery doesnt last long. Sometimes turns off on its own even if fully charged.

Easy to use!
Would RecommendAs an elderly person with mobility issues, I love this vacuum!! It's very lightweight and moves smoothly. It efficiently cleans my hard floors, but most of all it doesn't make my back hurt. I enjoy the fact that it stands on its own as well! Charges quickly and has a generous 20 minute use time.

Very convenient little vacuum
Would RecommendSo far this is working well for my needs. I use it to clean small vacation rentals. It's super light weight easy to transport. I like that it breaks down small and doesn't take up much space. The attachments are very helpful in getting sand, dust, and hair. I hope it lasts!

Would Not RecommendWorst Bissell product I've EVER purchased or used. Item died a slow death over time. Id go over over visible dirt only to see this vacuum spit it back out the back. I did everything the owners manual stated to know avail. Very frustrating and a waste of time and energy. I gave it a nick name. The Fisher Price toy vac. My only relief was on trash day to see it hauled off to the great landfill somewhere. Prompty ordered a new LG based on Consumer Reports reviews. Do your homework first everyone.

Would RecommendMy old 10.8 Stick vacuume the brush stopped running, so I bought a new one, after doing this I get a email saying if I buy a new one I will get a 20% discount if I buy a new one, and I replied I have already bought a new one and would appreaciate the 20% discount and get another e mail stating we cannot do that. then I found a wire on my old one was off the pin and I soldered it back on and now the brush works on the old one and I now have 2, 10.8 stick vacuums but Bissell would not issue a refu...
