I dont regret it

Works great, hair will still tangle around the brush. And you can hear air leaking if you pick it up by the canister handle. But its much lighter than our old bissell, and for now it works better, even though i am only 1 month in with it.

A Versatile Vacuum Cleaner

This purchase replaced a 15-year old Bissell vacuum cleaner. The ball pivot head for floor vacuuming takes a little getting accustomed to, but it is more maneuverable than the older fixed style. I purchased the Bissell Lift-Off vacuum a little less than a month ago to replace my older Lift-Off model that finally kicked the bucket, and was honestly my favorite vacuum I’ve ever owned. Great vacuum

I'm loving the vacuum very powerful. Only thing I don't like about it is where the cord placement is at. I'm constantly stepping on it while vacuuming other then that it's awesome!! Great for pets and every day needs

very disappointed in this purchase

it's too heavy and unwielding Will not fit under furniture at all and very noisy. bagless vacuums will never compare to a bag vacuum. I would have never bought this if I could have demonstrated it in the store. going back to bagged.

Not Good

I bought the same vacuum I had before and I went out of my way to make sure it is the exact same one, but the new one is not as good as the old one. The lights are lower quality and the vacuum makes a loud noise when picked up off the floor. I cant figure out why. I will not buy this vacuum again.

Great Vacuum for the Money

As soon as I started using the vacuum, I could tell it was much better quality than the previous vacuum we had which was from another brand. The way the handle will lower to the floor and allow you to push the vacuum head up under couches and more, swiveling the head to the right or to the left, is very nice. Weak suction , cheaply made, will not be durable

Horrible vaccuum, without redeeming qualities. The Pet Turbo Eraser is useless, it does not have enough power to pick up hair on even smooth surfaces, let alone furniture. Very little power in both the hose and the standard floor vaccuum. I expected better performance, especially at this price.

[Employee of lowes] Just got this vacuum (model 28522) for about 10 days. The vacuum works okay on carpets but terrible on hard floors. My wife has to vacuum our tiled floor 3 times to get it "cleaned" but she still doesn't have the clean feelings that she had with our old vacuum. It's frustrating because her 20 year-old vacuum, which went belly up on us, did it perfectly in 1 shot. We are missing our old vacuum so much and won't recommend this one.

Horrible vacuum.

Just bought this today. Got it home and total disappointment. The cord is to short. It hardly has any suction. I have to vacuum the floor 2xs to pick up the pet hair. I do not recommend this vacuum. Even the cheap ryobi stick vacuum has more suction. Pay the extra money and get a shark pet vacuum.
