Only flaw in the design I didn't like was that the tools won't stay on the nozzle. I had to put a piece of electrical tape on the dusting brush and crevice tool to keep it from falling off while using the tools. Solved that problem. Major flaw in design. Finally a good hand vac
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the vac and a spare battery because I was tired of having a vac that would run out of power too quickly. The new Li Ion batteries with the new Bissell are strong and I should be able to tackle any new job with confidence that the job will be done before the batteries are done. Solved my problem in spades. I am happy.
