poor suction

I love this vacuum but.......

I have loved the vacuum so much-its sleekness, power, and lightweight, especially on dog hair-until the battery wouldn't charge. Now i have to invest in another vacuum.It sucks because this had everything I needed.

Hate being bothered for a review several times

I did not like that it is not touchless emptying, so I’ll be Returning it unopened.

Wall mount design is horrible

Just received this vacuum and set up the vacuum itself and the wall mount. Vacuum itself seems to work pretty well, so far. Now as for the charger and wall hanger, garbage! It blows my mind that someone had to design this wall mount/charger mount and multiple people had to approve the design. Charger itself has status lights on it as well as the battery. When mounted to the wall, BOTH BATTERY LIGHTS AND CHARGER LIGHTS ARE FACING THE WALL!! Why? Now you can't see the status of battery power witho...

Nice lightweight vacuum!

This is my first cordless vacuum and my first Bissell product. I don't have pets, so that feature is not important to me. I love that the vacuum is lightweight and cordless! I also appreciate the light. The vacuum has reasonable battery life at 35 minutes and also has 3 power settings. My only complaint is that the nice wall mount feature only has a place for 2 attachments and you get 3 attachments with the product as well as an extra filter. What are you supposed to do with the 3rd attachment a...

NOT PET FRIENDLY

I was so excited for how light weight and easy to maneuver this vacuum was, however it does not do well with pet hair at all. I could not tell you how fast the canister fills up before you have to empty it because it clogged literally every 30 seconds. I would go and vacuum my whole living room and move onto the hallways before I realized it was clogged. Not knowing when it got clogged I would have to do the living room all over again. I started constantly checking if it was clogged and it would...

I would stay clear of this vacuum

Ok I'm being honest as I can i brought it home charged it and that where everything went wrong I don't understand why I have to remove the battery to charge it. It didn't even provide a charge dock makes no sense but anyway I charged it vacuumed a bit and when I was ready to empty i couldn't get everything out I was very confused I had to remove the whole trash container then realized that it had the filter right there easily visible underneath the metal strainer thing and dust was already in th...

Very useful

I vacuum in the AM so it's still dark and this vac has a headlight that illuminates all the debris so I don't miss a thing. It goes over carpet, tile, gym flooring, hardwood floor and even some higher pile carpet. The only drawback is cleaning the filter catch but it's lightweight and cordless features make it worth it. Not worth buying because it has a short battery life

I needed a new cordless vacuum because my Tineco vacuum broke and wanted to try a different brand. I did not do my research on this vacuum. It does have a great suction system but with a short battery life and no wall mount it's not worth buying.
