Light weight, great suction and easy to move around. Cord rewind is a plus.

Terrible customer service

Ordered vacuum 2/13. Finally received notification for delivery on 2/28. Delivered to wrong house. Lowe’s agreed it was not my home, issued refund. 7 days out and no refund!

Late delivery

Every time I order something from Lowes it is never delivered when they tell you. Order from some place else! Their delivery sucks!

I love the suction this machine has. I vacuumed the day before I received this new vacuum and couldn’t believe how much more dirt it sucked up. I love everything about this vacuum except 2 things thus the 4 star rating. You cannot vacuum under beds and chairs well because the handle doesn’t move back far enough. I found out the hard way using the turbo eraser tool on steps that the brush roll continues to rotate which left a bad roll mark in my carpet. Sort of ate my carpet. After re reading the...

I needed a vacuum that would take the dog hairs out of my carpets and this vacuum cleaner definitely does the job!

Best Yet Bissell Rewind

My old Bissell rewind was about 10 years old and needed replaced. I got this new Bissell Rewind and WOW, the new model has been upgraded, the swivel steering is nice, the removeable extension wand is great for reaching cobwebs and baseboards, and so easy to use, the suction has also been improved, and the pet small attachment works nice as well, and larger capacity dirt tank too. The new model is just a bit heavier, but feels solidly built, I'm very satisfied with the new improved model.

Right product, right price!

Avoid if you have pets that shed. This is NOT a pet vacuum.

There is a terrible design flaw to this product. I've owned it one month and already had to replace the belt three times. Dog hair accumulates in the belt track, then it heats up and melts the belt. Terrible design for something advertised as a "pet" vacuum. When the belt works it does vacuum up a lot of hair but the aggravation and cost of replacing the belt every ten days is not worth it. Would only recommend it to someone without a pet.

I wish I had bought it sooner!

I purchased two Bisselles - one for upstairs and the other for downstairs) because my daughter raved about how she loved hers. My daughter was right! The machine is quiet, easy to use (the swivel is a delight), and picked up more dirt than the other would ever have. I'm impressed and wished I had purchased Bissell sooner! They are amazing!

I would buy another Bissell

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only complaint I have about this vacuum is the size of the canister. Having 2 dogs and 2 cats the canister fills up rather quickly. I had 2 Dyson animal vacuums prior to this vacuum, I decided not to buy another Dyson because I think they went cheap. My original Dyson is I think 20 years old and the replacement is half that and junk compared to my first one. The original still works but getting tired, the newer one is already in the trash s...
