overall reveiw, I would but this vacuum again.

I love the swivel motion, it makes it easy to get into some areas, I like that it is light weight, And it is a quieter vacuum than most. The only thing that I would change is where the power on and off button is, My foot tends to slip off of it. Other than that it is a good vacuum.

I'm not sure I would bother buying again

However, the ENTIRE reason I chose this vacuum was for the pet handheld attachment for use on our furniture. Within a week of owning this vacuum, that attachment stopped working. I have taken it apart and cleaned it out, made sure the belt was put back in place, but it will not turn anymore. That is very disappointing. I cannot even buy a replacement ...

Better at a fraction of the cost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I even start... The suction is even better than an overpriced brand that starts with D and ends with N! The capacity is good too. Is surprisingly quiet. Vacuums hard floor with less passes than that overpriced crap I talked earlier. And it comes with a long attachment for reaching up high with minimal effort. Absolutely love this vacuum! I don't have anything negative to say, and yes I bought this vacuum with my own hard earned money.

I thought my old vacuum worked but found it was inly surface cleaning. This one pulled stuff from under the pad, that previous tenants left behind. I am beyond amazed at what this vacuum pulled out of carpet. For how little it costs, it packs a punch!

Works great!

It picks up really well, also cat hair! The swivel head is very responsive. Compared to my Shark vacuum, it works better on the edges, and picking up cat hair. If it lasts 5 years, and continues to work, I consider it a good buy.

I would buy this again & would recommend it to everyone.

I've never found any other brand that could compare to bissell's ability to pick up fur from my pets & this one does not disappoint. I can honestly say the clear view swivel tops every other bissell I've owned. It has all the bell & whistles. At my age it's becoming harder to push a vacuum & the swivel base makes that much easier. I've never used anything but a Bissell

A pet vacuum that cannot handle pet hair

However on the third use the brush-drive belt jammed with pet hair and snapped. The company replaced it.
