Very Happy

Easy-to-use and does an excellent job. We have a dog and cat. This unit really removes the pet hair. It performs equally good on carpet and linoleum. I like the feature of the removable wand for getting into corners and behind furniture.

Cleans really well! Got stuff off the carpet our old vacuum left behind.

In Direct competition with shark rotator. pull out wand which was missing in earlier editions is now standard in this model Swivel Rewind Pet Reach and this is excellent. Suction is quite good for household cleaning.Dust bin is super large. Cord Rewind is fantastic. All good. works well on carpet and on bare floors. Highly recommend this

Could be improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum seems to work okay, but it feels a bit flimsy and the roller is not very powerful compared to our old Pet Hair Eraser. The roller, unless set to the highest carpet length, will run very slowly and stop frequently. The suction seems to be adequate. I'd recommend a different model if you have deep carpets. #sweepstakes

Older model is still better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really like this vacuum, but I must say I only can give 4 stars because I am upgrading from the Bissell power force bag less vacuum that our family got I believe over 15 years ago. Not sure when we got it but we have had it for a very, very long time. The suction power of the old one is still better than this new one. I wish it had that suction power with all the new features of this new one. Best of both worlds and would earn a 5 star rating.

Great vacuum

There's nothing wrong with the original I just wanted a new one. Amazing investment for vacuum... its the best ever!!! Highly recommend. #sweepstakes

I have to vacuum every day to keep the floors clean, and this vacuum did not disappoint! I love that the cord retracts with the push of a button, the swivel head makes it super easy to navigate around the furniture, and it picks up really well!
