Love my new BISSELL

It’s lightness, durability and price. Had just spent a lot of money on a more expensive brand to be disappointed at its durability and awkwardness to use. So disappointed I just thought I try the BISSELL vacuum. Let me tell you it did not disappoint !

Height Adjustment Bad

Suction is great, but...this vacuum starts with a height adjustment knob that doesn't accommodate higher pile carpet (its not even that high of a carpet pile honestly - a modern vacuum should be able to accommodate any height of carpet unless exclusions are clearly stated), and then the adjustment knob breaks with hardly any use at all and no longer functions. Maybe I got a return? I wouldn't buy it again. Its getting returned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is perfect. It has powerful suction and the rewind is a lifesaver. I vacuum my toddlers room every afternoon and it saves me so much time. I love this and highly recommend it. And it picks up a lot of dust.

I ordered this item via a gift card I was given. The easy of ordering and with in minutes I received an email that this item would be available to pick up. I received text message during the process all the way until it was ready for pick up. I arrived parked in a space, clicked on email link about my arrival and with 10 minutes my item was being loaded into my vehicle.

Superb Vacuum At A Great Price

So far I am very please with this purchase. It replaces a very old vacuum (another brand) that I had for about 30 years. This new vacuum is powerful but relatively easy to use. It also got up a LOT of dirt the old vac was leaving behind. I was so surprized at how much dirt there was. The way the canister is contructed, if you need to clean it, it can be washed, and I needed to wash it after I had used it for the first time. Pleased with my purchase.

I dry mopped my floors the day before i purchased this vac. I was amazed at the amount of dust and dirt the vac picked up even after a dry mop. After my first use, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Great suction -- hard to maneuver.

The vacuum has good suction and really pulls deep dust and loose fibers from my older oriental type carpets. It has 3 carpet settings and a bare floor. It is very difficult to use on the lower settings. It is heavy and I do not recommend it for an older person. It does not go under tables etc. and dragging the unit to use wand is not user friendly.
