Don’t waste your money

I’ve had mine replaced 3x for the issues related to the turning brush head. It’s wears poorly on one side, making it off balanced, and makes a loud thumping sound. I’ve had to buy more replacement parts than I can count.

Good vacuum

I am very pleased with this vacuum. I bought it for quick pickups and vacuuming area rugs. It is quiet, easy to clean out, and easy to use. The only problem for me is the weight because I am 78 with arthritis so it is a little bunglesome for me. I am sure there would be no problem for a younger person.

Doesn't stand alone, and doesn't perform well. Keeping it only because it's such a hassle to send back .

It is decent but

I dislike that there is no mechanism for it to stand up right and I have to lay it down on the floor.

Works great

I was a bit disappointed, after watching some YouTube video reviews, I thought It would come with the smaller air-powered brush, and realized that it doesn't come with the Vacuum anymore more. It is available as an accessory however, so I ordered one.

Don't buy

What's with the Unique wand design?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it so far....having problems w using other attachments owned considering the 2 that came are useless. Went to my repair guy to see if he could create an extender so I can use my round, better quality attachments and he said impossible. Oh well.. too bad. This machine would be a 5 star if it weren't for the weird stick shape, connector design. Please make some kind of extender so universal attachments can be used!!

I l9ve them at first the motor is strong and sucktion is great but EVERY vac that I have bought (standard or stick) at the bottom where the hose bends between the beaterbrusg and main hose has given out on me ! About every 2 years I have to replace the vac because of this issue (the part that bends and breaks is not repairable and quite expensive to replace) so I believe its time to replace...

Love the corded power and maneuverability.

Like that the clear easy to empty canister shows me exactly what has been picked up. This week the power head started making some noise. Popped out the roller to find that the two plastic round ends of the brush were very worn and pitted and starting to fall apart. Called support and chatted with Humberto....

Great if it lasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this vacuum in 2021. Since then the brush head portion has needed to be replaced three times for tearing in the suction tubing. I have always been able to reach out and be sent a replacement. Clearly with that frequent tearing it is a quality issue. Worst ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vaccuum is completely unreliable. Zero suction and constantly jammed even with lighter dirt amounts,, and as soon as you turn it off all of the debris in the bottom falls out. It's a waste of money.

Never again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use for home and I would never purchase this one ever again. Does lock when free standing so you have to lean it up on something and sometimes it will not even pick up a piece of tissue even tho vac is cleaned. To small of a dirt collection container.

Great vacuum until it gets used a bit!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased 2-3 of these vacuums because I love how light weight they are and how good of a job they do! However, all of them end of having the same problem of where the extension wand "clicks" together into the foot motor, it gets loose, therefor making the brush head turn on and off while trying to spin because the electrical connections in the extension wand and the foot motor get loose

Okay but inconvenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vacuum does not stand up by itself, so if you have to pause it has to lean straight up against a wall or be hung back up. My vacuum also didn't come with any kind of holder for the attachments so they're just laying on the ground or wherever. Definitely going to lose them

Worst vacuum ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the worst vacuum we have ever had. After much researching we thought this would be the best. It worked ok picking up pet hair and dust bunnies the two times we used. After the second charging, it never charged again and was totally useless. Went back to our old vacuum. It didn't do a great job but at least it worked.

A impulse buy that was completely worth it!
