Awful redesign

Would give this a zero if I could. Whoever decided to redesign the nozzle needs to have their head examined. I just had not one, but two, brand new bottles explode on me. Needless to say, they will be returned because I have nothing better to do than make useless trips to Lowe’s! DO NOT BUY!

It did the job using the second bottle

I had to use one bottle one week then a second bottle the following week

Don't buy

It did nothing for my yard. Wasn't worth the water used spray in yard.

Connector Problem...

Connected it to my hose... Turned on the hose... About to move the trigger and the hose connector broke off. Probably happens all the time... Looks like a poor design... I think the insecticide works OK (I put it in a different sprayer)

No more ants

One application and bye bye ants. Three weeks later no return and happy.

Does not work!!!!

Purchased to control little black bugs on top soil of in door plants-had more luck drowning bugs than w/ “Insect killer.” Could have been spraying water. This product is useless.

Kills Lanternflies

I sprayed this on our maple tree where lanternflies had gathered. I used it as a supplement to another treatment which I poured at the roots and it was pretty effective.

No more Japanese beetles or grubs

A local nursery suggested that I use this for my Japanese beetles and it worked. He recommended applying it on the two holidays, one in Spring (Easter) and in Fall and that’s what I don’t remember. He explained that a Fall application is important as it kills the insects as they emerge from the soil in the Spring. When should I apply the granule in the Fall?

Insect food not killer

Bought this because of a YouTube video. When mowing my lawn I noticed a large number of white moths and upon closer inspection, worms. My neighbor said they were army worm and they are larvae for the moths. Also had a gnat issue while mowing. I bought and applied Bioadvanced Lawn Insect killer, per the instructions, and the problem increase 3X what it was. Kills Lanternflies!

Sprayed on a tree that was overwhelmed with adult lanternflies and about 20 minutes later about 40% of them had dropped. Can’t wait to see how it progresses over 24 hrs. Will definitely buy again and keep using.

Granular worked for me

Granular got rid of chiggers, applied on Saturday afternoon and the chiggers where gone by Monday afternoon. Will just have to see long it lasts but none of the sprays including the bioadvanced one could get rid of all the chiggers completely so I am very pleased with the product.

poorly designed hose connection

THe connector to the garden hose is poorly designed and continued to pop off the bottle even under light water pressure. When reseated into the bottle, it sprayed all over me instead of the yard and popped off again. Returned item and bought a competitor brand which worked very well.

Speed demons only

THis stuff comes out SO fast, tht you actually have to jog to get your yard covered. Example: my yard is about 6000 sqft. One bottle covers just over 5000 sqft. I bought two bottles thinking that would be enough. NO SO. The first bottle ran out in about 4 minutes, so I had to use the second bottle to cover all the rest of my yard. Works for me

I've battled rose midges for several years with little success. Their live cycle is only about 17 days and most of which is underground. Because of this I need to attack the bug both below and above the ground. I use the granules when my roses first start to leaf out and follow up with the Insect, disease, and mite control about 30 days later. So far no midge damage on my 260 roses. I love this product.

Worst bug killer ever!

I have a small 1/4 acre lot with a 2000 sq ft house, couple trees, and 16x32 garden. Not even 24 hours after spraying down my property (going through not 1, but 2, 40oz bottles) my garden is infested with slugs, and there are sand flies and mosquitos all over as if I never sprayed at all! Extremely irritated I wasted the hours of labor and gallons of water to apply this product to my, house exterior, lawn, driveway, and garden

Only recommend because it did work

Didn’t give it a 5 star because its spray pattern and distance not as good as Ortho. Yes, it worked.

Easy to use and works well

I was surprised at how easy this was to use. Looking at other reviews, I thought this was going to be difficult to turn on and off, but it was very simple. I was able to direct this exactly where I wanted it and it has a nice wide angle spread. It seems to work very well and have noticed a large decrease in mosquitoes after using this.
