Lowe’s sells returned, used items as new
Would Not RecommendI bought this tee fitting and an elbow from the same store. Both packages were apparently opened before I bought them. In fact, both items appeared to have been used since there were signs of internal corrosion. I was forced to use the tee fitting because of the urgency but ended up bringing the elbow back for a refund. That is probably why Lowe’s didn’t ask me to review the brass elbow.

Good product but over priced.
The item was exactly as expected. Problem was price. Brass is the easiest and most recycled metal and yet is is valued like newly mined and processed. The cost to make brass only happens once. At that price, why recycle?
