We purchased this months ago and I must say it makes things much easier to be able to use our phone to unlock the door

Keeps breaking

I want to give this more stars as I love the functions of the lock and everything on how this works, but unfortunately, I have bought two of these and after a year of purchasing both of them the two screws on the inside, keep breaking, and the lock falls apart

Great lock

The lock is very responsive, the only con is the lock says open when it's not. There's numerous notification where it says door opened, door locked but if you check the door it's still locked. It remains locked until you open it

Works great but had to replace batteries after 10

It was easy to install and automatically locks after a prescribed amount of time. Just replaced the two batteries (Energiser 123 Lithium battery). Will see how these new batteries last.

Easy to install and works as expected. Would definitely recommend.

Battery life very bad

Installed easy. Works great on wifi or Bluetooth. BATTERIES LAST 2 TO 3 MONTHS. I purchased lock for a seasonal home so when I leave for 7 months I have no lock access.

Great. Only tiny thing is I would love to have scheduled keypad access periods

bought this latest lock and have been through 3 sets of batteries......and today called service and got so frustrated with the service and still dont have a functioning lock....

Efficient and Reliable!

The lock works very well, whether connected to bluetooth or wifi. Love the ability of controlling the lock through the app. Could be better if it could be made to use rechargeable batteries since the disposable CR123 are so expensive (and not environmentally friendly). All in all, a great purchase for home security!

Yale electric door lock

We installed this on a 2004 Newmark Dutch door, the sing is awesome. Easy to use app works great only thing that doesn’t seem to work very well. Is the door sensor getting it to sinc seems to be problematic.

Smart Lock is almost perfect

We've had this smart lock for a couple years a we're very pleased with it for the most part. The only complaints we have is the auto lock/unlock feature does not work reliably and it "eats" batteries, we've had to replace them every couple months.

Handy remote lock

I got this lock for when family comes to stay they can come and go whenever they want and my house stays secure.
