Would RecommendImagine being buried in leaves. You need to get your riding mower & leaf vac going NOW. Then you find out your kid lost your riding mower key somewhere in the leaves. Not found after three hours of searching. Called Lowe's, they were open until 9PM, this key came in CLUTCH for me as I was able to finish the job. Thank you Lowe's, please NEVER remove this product from your inventory. It is a lifesaver.

Would RecommendRushing to do some last minute yard work this evening, and the key to my 2018 Cub Cadet LT42 riding mower wasn't where it should be. Lucky for me, my local Lowe's store is just a short hop away, and this replacement key promised to fit "most mowers", so I took the chance. Yes, it works with my Cub. Lost my mower key
After making a key using a lock key it worked a couple of times. I went to Lowe’s web site and found this one and decided for less than $3 I’d give it a try. I get home put the key in turn it and yes it works. Thank you Lowe’s!!!!

Would RecommendI got this for a 2001 Simplicity ZT1850 Hydro which is a rare mower....The tip of the actual key is not as it appears in the photo. The actual key tip is square but before I purchased it I inquired with the Hardware Dept. and the nice gentleman assured me it "should" work and that it did! It does protrude a bit further than the original key but that is not an issue.

Lawn Tractor Ignition Key
Would RecommendThis key fit my early 90s era Bolens tractor, built when Bolens was owned by GardenWay. I specify that, since my tractor is completely unrelated to the current Bolens/MTD built stuff out there now. It has a Kohler 12-hp engine. So if you've got one of these older bad boys like I do, it should fit. And someday I'm sure I'll stumble across the original key, where I put it so I wouldn't lose it!
