Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this sponge for its dual-texture design—soft side for gentle wiping and rough side for scrubbing—making it highly effective at removing grout haze and dried grout without damaging grout lines. Many highlight its durability and longevity, noting it holds up well across multiple uses and projects. Reviewers frequently mention using it on kitchen backsplashes and bathroom tiles, often requiring only water to achieve excellent results. A few report the scrubbing side degraded faster than expected, but this feedback is vastly outweighed by strong approval and repeat purchases.

Would RecommendWell made and this sponge made my small grout job easy to do.

Great concept, but poor quality
Would RecommendThis is a very good idea, one side is smooth and the other rough for removing some of the dried on grout. This sponge works very well at first, but after only an hour of using it, the "rough" side starts falling apart and you end up with all these little pieces of sponge everywhere. I had only grouted about 100 sq feet of tile before the sponge had to be thrown away. In the past I could use one sponge for multiple jobs. I like the concept of this sponge, but just wish it would last longer. Best ...
Good Product
Would RecommendLiked the idea of having a scrubber surface on one side of the sponge, worked well getting the grout off the face of the tile without pulling from between the tiles.

Great sponge for the job:
Would RecommendThis grout and buffer sponge was the right item I needed to get in the tight areas of my kitchen backsplash. With it being coarse on the one side, it allowed me to get the dried grout off without taking away from my grout lines between the tile.

Just add elbow grease.
Would RecommendI bought this to clean the haze of grout off newly set tiles. I knew I had the right product when I saw the same thing among the tools of both the man setting the tile and the man doing the sheet rock mud work. Along with a generous supply of elbow grease and perseverance, this did the job. (Really, the only thing I used with it was water.) It cleaned the new bathroom tiles easily, and it looks like it will last for general bathroom cleaning for a long time.
