Would Not RecommendMy daughter put together and installed the mailbox, only to see that it won’t close because it is warped or misshapen. It is also a very flimsy base. I would have returned it.

Would RecommendIt’s a simple mailbox and it’s affordable if that’s what you are looking for. The other reviews about the box being unstable or not screwed in well are correct. You would need to drill more holes to really make the box stay still.

Cheaply made flimsy mounting brackets.
Would Not RecommendThe mouning hardware used to mount the mailbox to the post is flimsy and bends too easily, which means that the box is not well attached to the post. It is not well designed or constructed. The box moves instead of being securely attached. Unfortunately, the post was already well sunk into the ground, which means that I will have to find a sturdier way to attach the box to the post. I would NOT recommend!
