When machine started filtering slowly and stopping mid cycle requiring reset, was told to descale, Descaled 2 times at double dose with no improvement. Second consultant said to descale again with R/O filter installed. Made it worse. Ordered a new R/O filter and machine works like new again. I was told repeatedly that the filter was not the issue and the replacement indicator light never c...

I live in an RV,
I live in an RV, so there was not room for an under counter reverse osmosis system. This works out perfect on my countertop. People don’t realize how much contaminants are in our water from chemical's, Pesticides, runoff from farmlands. It gave me peace of mind, knowing I’m drinking good pure water and I feel much healthier for it. It’s a little bit pricey yes but is your help worth it?

Find the Carafe Only Reverse Osmosis Filter a very good filtration system. It was easy to insert the filters in place and get the system started. The water tastes very clean. I have had the system for 9 months now and have not had to change the filters yet. I believe it’s because only one person uses it. I like the system very much!
