What I love, the removal
What I love, the removal of toxins from water and healing. But the carafe was not as good of an experience as the under sink model and you must know it can't be used with hard water. The filters are pricey.

It worked great for the first 6 months , now it won’t suck it just makes noise and I get a drip here and there. I’ve changed the filters twice still nothing. So if you have any suggestions, that would be helpful.
