Steel braided is the way to go!
Would RecommendI like steel braided hoses. The last one we had on our water heater lasted 15 years. It sprung a leak by the crimp one morning, so I replaced it with this one. Menards did not have the 24" long, so I had to come to Lowe's to get is.
