Caution, they can leak!
Would Not RecommendI put these on my washer and did find the leak for months! There was a pin-hole flaw in the brass elbow! Completely invisible, just a fine sparky that was a few drops per hour, which is why it went unnoticed for so long! Cause huge damage and black mold under the flooring! A REAL MESS!! Lowe’s would do nothing to reimburse the repair costs!
Great for tight spaces
Would RecommendGreat for tight spaces. Most older homes were not designed for front load washers because they are larger (deeper) than top loaders and the hoses prevent from being close to wall. These cut about two inches- life saver.

When in doubt… use thread tape.
Would RecommendI stripped the hose inlet going in to the washer, this coupled with thread tape, fixed the problem.
