Would RecommendManufactured homes are notorious for leaky pipes, pipes letting go completely, &/or not being in a place where they can easily be reached or excavated. An underground PVC pipe failed. It was covered with sand & located beneath the sun room's concrete floor (wasn't me who did that). Instead of replacing the sand, we're supporting the new pipe & elbow & putting gravel, which will keep that area more accessible but still protected (putting a supported grate on top). The leak wasn't discovered until...
